Let me introduce myself: Christian, gardener and great lover of rhubarb and fruit trees. For 20 years I have been growing more than thirty varieties of rhubarb and more than 300 varieties of fruit trees of different species. Rhubarb is a vegetable that fascinates me with its shape and its versatility in cooking. It offers a spectacle in spring when the buds emerge from the ground and during flowering.

With this site I want to share my passion for this vegetable that is too often ignored and/or forgotten.

I am also the author of the site Arbres frutiers Québec. Site dedicated to fruit growing in Quebec. This site is intended to be a reference site to help people grow and maintain their fruit trees in the Quebec climate.
