INGRÉDIENTS

PRÉPARATION
  1. In a saucepan, heat the vinegar and sugar until the sugar dissolves completely. Pour over the chopped rhubarb and onion.
  2. Let it steep and marinate for one hour. Drain them, reserving a few tablespoons of vinegar, then mix them with 4 tablespoons of olive oil and season.
  3. You will get an excellent vinaigrette.
  4. Assemble the salad and drizzle with a little vinaigrette.
