- Halved Baby Beets
- Olive Oil
- Salt and Pepper
- Chopped Toasted Walnuts
PRÉPARATION- Toss the rhubarb slices with the olive oil and beets.
- Season with salt and pepper and roast at 375 degrees until tender.
- Top with walnuts to finish.
