Indonesian Vegetable Dip
Cream cheese 1 8-ounce package at room temperature
Unflavored yogurt 1 cup
Rhubarb sauce (see Index) I cup sweetened and drained
Curry powder 1 tablespoon
Soy sauce 2 to 3 teaspoons
Whip the cream cheese, and blend in other ingredients. Makes about
3 cups.
