INGRÉDIENTS
500g rhubarb, cut into chunks
100g sugar
200g white vinegar
300g water
PRÉPARATION
In a saucepan, boil the sugar, vinegar, and water.
Pour over the rhubarb, cut into chunks, placed in one or more jars
Let it cool in the refrigerator for 24 hours.
