Recipe Poached Rhubarb - CTL

INGRÉDIENTS

1 1/4 cups granulated sugar
1 vanilla bean, halved lengthwise
900g chopped rhubarb, cut into 2-in. pieces (about 8 cups)

PRÉPARATION

Preheat oven to 350F
Mix the rhubarb sugar and vanilla with your hands in an ovenproof container.
Cover with aluminum foil and bake for 35 minutes.
