INGRÉDIENTS- 1 lb rhubarb, cut into small pieces
- 1 lb strawberries, cut into small pieces
- 3/4 cup sugar
- Juice of 1/2 lemon
- 1 tbsp. unsalted butter
PRÉPARATION- In a non-stick skillet or small saucepan, add all ingredients.
- Over medium heat, continue cooking for 20 minutes.
- Once the mixture has cooled, pour it into a blender and reduce everything to a smooth coulis.
