INGRÉDIENTS

PRÉPARATION
  1. In a saucepan, combine rhubarb, water, sweetener of choice, and ginger (if using). Bring to a simmer for 8-10 minutes, stirring occasionally.
  2. Remove from heat when the rhubarb is tender but not completely broken down.
  3. Stir in the lemon juice and chia seeds. The chia seeds will be well plumped in about an hour.
