PRÉPARATION
  1. Preheat the oven to 180°C.
  2. Wash the rhubarb, cutting in half if necessary.
  3. Whisk the butter and sugar until pale.
  4. Coat the sides and bottom of the pan with the sweetened butter.
  5. Arrange the rhubarb on the bottom.
  6. Place the cake ingredients in a bowl and whisk vigorously.
  7. Pour into the pan over the rhubarb.
  8. Bake for 35 minutes.
  9. Let stand for 5 minutes before turning out onto a plate.
