INGRÉDIENTS

PRÉPARATION
  1. Combine the rhubarb and granulated sugar in a small bowl, cover, and refrigerate for 4 to 5 days, stirring every 12 hours.
  2. Strain the liquid, pressing hard on the solids.
  3. Mix the rhubarb syrup with the vinegar and pour into a lidded jar and refrigerate.
  4. You can use it immediately, but after a week, the flavors will deepen, meld, and harmonize. Add it to your cocktails or sparkling water.
